  • Add SPICE to your life... cut right down on that oil and fat, then add lots more glorious, colourful, fat-free spices & voila! No threat to the hips and loads of flavour!
  • Cook Carefully... remember the rules... Raw, Steamed, Baked, Grilled ...NO Frying!

  • ENERGIZE your life ... learn to BE the bubbles in the champagne by moving that body whenever and however possible... join the kids on the trampoline – you’ll find yourself laughing out loud! AND it’ll use up stacks of calories! Dance at parties!!
  • Pamper Parties... on your own at home or at a day spa with a small gathering of Soul Sistas!!... are delightfully de-stressing... and guess what... less stress = a smaller waistline!
  • SLEEP... use those extra days off to take naps instead of hitting the malls and your body will heal itself!
